Wash the area with hot water and soap, then dry. Cover with a clean towel for five minutes to warm the skin and open the pores.
- Wear gloves so your hands do not go numb.
- Rub in a first thin layer until it starts to absorb.
- Add a thicker second layer, around 1/8 inch.
- Cover with plastic wrap for 50 to 70 minutes.
- Remove the wrap, wipe the cream away with a clean cloth, then begin.
